Really impressive amount and level of work going on, with the colour choice, will it be getting any herbie touches?

TMI have let me down big time.

For my New seat covers I was promised 8-10 weeks through VW Heritage.

I have received the New Door cards after phoning constantly - but it's now 16 weeks and Heritage don't know the whereabouts or if they have been finished!

The Cab is doing a wedding in under 2 weeks, so I've had to borrow Si's New seats and make a cover for the cab seats.

To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement.

Anyone thinking of using VW Heritage for TMI seat covers - I would urge them to find an alternative.

Looking great. Congratulations on the amount of work you've done in a short time. Clap

Best of luck with the wedding bookings. You'll be hoping for some more local ones than Cambridge!

A word of warning, make sure your insurance covers you for wedding hire, it seems the plod have had fun with people doing weddings and proms, as they had "private" insurance which specifically excludes hire and reward.
Car looks good and the weather is certainly cabrio style,

So last Tue we set off for Cambridge in the Cab.

Packed lunch, spare tools and plenty of spares and oil.

With regular stops and oil checks the old girl cruised effortlessly all the way.

We drove out of sunshine and into the rain though.

The Wed morning we fitted the ribbons.

And drove round to my cousin Angie's to find he also had a loan of a brand new Lambo as other wedding car!!

The wedding day for Angie and Paul

Both cars ribboned

Paul with the cab

Angie in the cab

The gorgeous happy couple

Wedding was lovely,
Cab done me proud.

Then we got sunshine for the road home - perfect.
