Saw a red K-reg torsion bar beetle in the 'other' yard on Muirhead yesterday. Looked like an abandoned resto, all chrome off it and inside piled with wheels and stuff, but fold back sunroof intact. No pics, my hands were full and filthy!

Saw this in a place called Santa Maria about 1 month ago. It was inside a scrap dealers I was visiting. It just came up for sale. From memory the motor was unreal. The owner is a club member from one of the Southern VW clubs

The guy I sold it (and the business) to is into his car racing and his company sponsored (may still do) the Renault Clio cup so thats probably why it was at Knockhill.
