Got a rear window - genuine VW glass and a brand new rubber for it.
Will have to remove the stickers.

Need these parts if anyone has them for sale

- 1962 front and rear seats in any condition

- 4 x day moulding 1962 standard size fibreglass wings

- 1962 engine lid

T handle and the centre sweeping lines come down as far as the pope's nose.

hutch has one needs bottom sanding down tho as it has a bit of filler on it ?but its a 58-63 lid hard to get

Moving him over to another garage to start the body repairs.

Sadly that's the weather in the West Of Scotland ,there`s loads we would all love to do with our " projects / toys " , but every time you et up to go its starts raining , under cover and space is really a must , , I`m going to ask santa for a BIG garage ,

The look I good condition are they original or new. Where did you get them I will be looking for some pre 67wings for mine in preparation or sorting body work

Sadly looks like its the end of the `Herbie ` Movies , no re-makes , sons of Herbie  etc. Cry , probably some rich person will buy them as ` investments ` rather than for the love of the cars , Broken Heart .

Fantastic just watching all the progress that goes on , you guys should all be proud of your achievements , sadlyif it wasn`t for all your efforts these vehicles would certainly have faced a bleak future , possibly even ` car euthenasia ` , which should be outlawed , organ donor parts we can accept , Thumbs Up

New interior for the 62 - need to get seats and door cards Vynil painted Grey.

Anyone got any experience of painting seats?





Bug getting moved back to it's regular home for surgery now that cab has been painted.
