If anyone fancies a wee drive through the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park, following the 3 Lochs Route, the Club is organising a wee trip on Sunday 24th June.

We propose to meet at the Wool Centre Car Park just off Aberfoyle main street at 12 noon, then set off over the Dukes Pass at 12:30. there is a £2 charge per vehicle payable at the machine at the entrance to the drive. hopefully the weather will allow us to meet up at the Loch Drunkie car park where there are picnic tables, loos etc. So bring your flask & pieces just in case.

For those who want to leave in convoy from Glasgow or elsewhere please feel free to sort it out among yourselves.

For those wanting to camp the night before there is limited number of camping spots within the park that require a permit,  http://www.lochlomond-trossachs.org/things-to-do/camping/get-a-permit/" rel="nofollow - http://www.lochlomond-trossachs.org/things-to-do/camping/get-a-permit/ but there is also a campsite along the road at cobleland   https://www.campingintheforest.co.uk/scotland/loch-lomond/cobleland-campsite" rel="nofollow - https://www.campingintheforest.co.uk/scotland/loch-lomond/cobleland-campsite

Looking forward to seeing you all & hopefully there will be plenty of photo opportunities for next years club calendar.

Just had a look on youtube at the route, it looks a bit of a rough road if you are not in a 4x4.

Probably me, lost the mojo to go camping, but have been stripping some wheels to keep myself positive.

If it ain't broke, fix it till it is. If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem. Lack of funds is the mother of ingenuity
